Today was a wonderful day. I made not just one amazing cake, I made two.  I made one for my sister an all chocolate cake with a wonderful chocolate fudge frosting and a chocolate ganache. For my brother in law a butter cake with a Italian butter cream and a white chocolate ganache.  Both came out great.
